Join us under the radiant light of the Full Buck Moon for a powerful evening of sound and stillness.

The Buck Moon, named for the time when deer begin to regrow their antlers, is a symbol of renewal, strength, and emerging potential. It's a time to honour personal growth, reflect on your journey, and realign with your deeper self.

This special Full Moon Gong Bath will combine the expansive energy of the Buck Moon with the transformative vibrations of gongs and crystal singing bowls. As the moonlight supports emotional clarity and release, the sound waves will help you:

  • Ease the body into deep rest and relaxation
  • Quiet the mind and release what no longer serves
  • Awaken the spirit to possibility, growth, and inner strength

Let the sounds carry you inward, into a meditative state where healing and renewal take root.

No experience needed. Simply lie back, receive, and let the moon and the music do the rest.

Yoga mats and blankets are provided but you may wish to bring your own, with a pillow, for extra comfort. Chairs are provided if you prefer this option.

Please arrive from 7.20pm onwards but not before this time, thank you.
