This special Gong Bath is inspired by the energy of harvest time: a period of gratitude, grounding, and gentle transformation. You are invited to pause, breathe, and receive the healing resonance of gongs and crystal singing bowls, each note helping to:

No experience necessary. Just bring something to lie on, get cosy, and let yourself be held in sound.
Please bring a yoga mat, blanket and pillow for your comfort or anything you feel you made need to be comfortable.
