Soundbathing during the phase of a full moon is extremely powerful as the sound vibrations align with the gravitational pull. June’s full moon is named after the ripe strawberries that are ready for harvest and are considered to be the food of love and luck. They are watched over by Freya, goddess of love, beauty, fertility, sex and seeing into the future. This is the perfect time to look at your mind, spirit and body’s needs, to realign your chakras, set a strong intention and manifest your future dreams.
Please bring along something comfortable to lie on, a blanket and pillow. Anything you need to make yourself feel comfortable during this memorable strawberry moon soundbath.
