Gently stretch your body, calm your mind and immerse yourself in the healing vibrations of sound with this extended two hour immersive experience.
This sound bath experience with yoga and meditation is a unique and immersive journey that combines the therapeutic benefits of sound, movement, and mindfulness practice that nourish and calm the mind, body and soul.
The day will commence with 45 minutes of gentle hatha yoga, using slow and mindful movements to help release physical tension and prepare the body for relaxation. This will be followed by ten minutes of guided meditation / mindfulness practice to allow you to come into the sound bath experience from a place of calm and stillness. You will then experience an hour of bathing in the sound of the majestic gong, harmonious crystal and Tibetan singing bowls.
During the sound bath, benjamin will use various instruments such as crystal bowls, gongs, chimes and Tibetan singing bowls to create a symphony of sound that envelops the room. Each instrument produces a unique sound frequency and vibration that can be felt throughout the body, promoting deep relaxation, stress relief, and a sense of inner peace.
You are welcome to stay after the workshop for a cup of tea or herbal tea before going home.
Please wear light clothing and bring a blanket and pillow. Yoga mats are available at the studio. No yoga experience is necessary. It is also a good idea to bring an extra layer to wear for the sound bath experience.
