Harmonizing with Ancestral Spirits in the Veil Between Worlds
The 'Greet the Ancestors' Sound Bath is a reverent celebration and an open-hearted invitation extended to our ancestral spirits.
Through the resonance of gongs, crystal singing bowls, and Tibetan singing bowls, we will create a space where the present moment intertwines with the echoes of history. This harmonious symphony becomes a bridge, inviting our ancestors to join us in a shared experience that transcends the confines of time and space.
With each note and vibration, we celebrate their legacy, their wisdom, and their presence, honouring the threads that connect us. As we immerse ourselves in this sonic journey, we open our hearts to the possibility of communion, gratitude, and a profound connection with those who have shaped our past. The Sound Bath is an embrace, an homage, and an invitation—an opportunity to celebrate, remember, and bridge the gap between the living and the departed.
This Sound Bath's will last between 90 minutes and TWO HOURS so please bring anything you may need to remain comfortable lying down for the duration. Yoga mats are provided but you may wish to bring your own and 'double up'. You may also wish to bring a bed topper or sleeping bag. Please bring a blanket and pillow. Anything you need to make yourself feel comfortable during this wonderful soul fuelled Sound Bath BUT please DO NOT bring inflatable beds or foldaway loungers.
Please note: Sound Baths are not suitable for those with pacemakers, epilepsy / sound induced epilepsy, in the first trimester of pregnancy, with Menieres, cancer or other serious illnesses. Sound / frequencies can be a trigger for some people so sound bathing is also not advised for anyone with considerable mental illness or distress.
